Ingredients
1 Cup Peanut Butter, plain
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg
Preparation
Blend the 3 ingredients well and is best to add the egg last before blending.
Using a teaspoon, drop dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet leaving about 2 inches between them. Dip a table fork into some granulated sugar and make a cross-hatched design on the top of the dough while flattening slightly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees
