Tortillas
3/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup olive oil
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
Preparation
Combine almond meal, olive oil, eggs, egg whites.
Pour 6 tablespoons into a small pan and cook on both sides for 1 minute.
Fill your tortillas with the cooked meat, and top with veggies, salsa, and avocado!
