Ingredients

3.5 lbs of ground beef

1 C yellow raisins

2 Onions (but can go with 1 depending on size)

3 TB of tomato paste

6 Tsp of curry powder

1C Mango Chutney

6 Eggs

1/4 C Milk

4 TB beef stock

6 Bay Leaf

Preparation

Braise Beef until golden brown Add Beef Stock and 4 Bay leaves In another pan, saute onion and add raisins after onion is golden brown In onion pan, mix tomato paste, curry and chutney and MIX well. Mix onion mix, etc. to beef pan and simmer for 10 min Add more curry if desired Plan pan in oven (?) Beat eggs and milk until well blended–pour over beef and top with 2 bay leaves Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
