Ingredients

4 Fresh Ahi / Albacore Steaks

1 tbsp. Oil

3 tsp. Fresh Dill Weed

Black Pepper

3 tbsp. “Amano” Tamari Soy Sauce

6 tbsp. Cold Butter

3 sliced Green Onion

1 tsp. Minced Cilantro

1-1/2 tbsp. fresh Lime Juice

1-1/2 tbsp. “Ready to Serve” Wasabi

Preparation

Brush steaks with oil, sprinkle with dill and pepper. Marinate for 20 minutes Heat the grill. Combine rest of ingredients in a frying pan and cook over a low heat until butter melts. Don’t cook too long or too hot because the sauce will separate. Grill fish to medium rare. Serve with sauce over fish.
