Ingredients
8 chicken cutlets
1/2 pound bacon crumbled
seasoned salt
1 cup honey mustard dressing
2 cups shredded chedder cheese
optional; sliced mushrooms
Preparation
- sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and let sit about 1/2 hour
- cut up bacon and fry in large frying pan. remove bacon and set aside saving grease.
- cook chicken in bacon fat until done and browned.
- place cutlets baking dish and pour honey mutard dressing over each.
- top with crumbled bacon and and mushrooms if using them.
- top each cutlet with 1/4 cup cheddder. 7.Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until cheese is melted.
