Ingredients

1 pound vermicelli or spaghettini

6 cloves garlic, large, chopped or smashed

1 each hot red chili pepper

1/3 cup olive oil

Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta al dente.

  2. Meanwhile, brown garlic and pepper in oil in large fry pan.

  3. When pasta is done, do not drain; instead, lift pasta from water and add wet pasta to oil mixture. Stir well.
