Ingredients
1 pound vermicelli or spaghettini
6 cloves garlic, large, chopped or smashed
1 each hot red chili pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Cook pasta al dente.
Meanwhile, brown garlic and pepper in oil in large fry pan.
When pasta is done, do not drain; instead, lift pasta from water and add wet pasta to oil mixture. Stir well.
