Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds

*2 cups water

*1-1.5 tsp Vanilla extract

2 dates

pinch seasalt

*adjust according to taste.

Preparation

Place almonds in bowl, cover with water (by at least an inch as they will absorb water) and soak for at least 8 hours. Drain and rinse thoroughly, put in your highspeed blender with 2 cups of water (adjust according to taste) and blend until the almonds are well incorporated in the water. Run the mixture through a nut milk bag and put the milk back into the blender, add the dates (minus the pit), salt and vanilla and blend until incorportated. Chill and enjoy. Drink within 5 days.
