Ingredients
pkg silken tofu, extra firm
2 cups non-dairy milk - Cherie used soy
2 TB cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
1 28 oz can pumpkin
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 TB pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Blend ingredients in food processor Bake in silicon pan for 1 hour. Cool for 4 hours.
