Ingredients

1 box butter cake mix

4 whole eggs

1/2 C amaretto

1/2 C water

1/2 C oil

1/2 C sliced almonds browned in butter

Glaze:

1 C sugar

1 stick oleo (not butter)

1/2 C water

1/4 C amaretto

Preparation

Place nuts on bottom of greased and floured bundt pan. Beat remaining ingred. for 2 min. Pour over nuts. Bake 325 for 45 min. Mix glaze ingred. in saucepan and boil for 3 min. Cool cake 5 min. and drizzle glaze on top and sides while cake is still in pan. Let sit 1 - 2 hours until glaze is absorbed. Can freeze
