Ingredients

1.5 lb grass fed ground beef

1 cup onion, chopped

1 cup green pepper, chopped

1 28 oz can diced tomatoes

1/2 tsp dried basil

1 clove minced garlic

3/4 lb gluten free elbow pasta, cooked al dente

Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown beef with pepper, garlic and onion until beef is cooked through and vegetables are slightly softened. Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. Add pasta and stir. Serve.
