Ingredients

3 anchovy fillets

1 garlic clove chopped

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

4Tbsp. butter chopped

1/4 c. pitted kalamata olives

1 Tbsp chopped parsley

2 Tbsp. ice water

Preparation

  1. Combine anchoivies and garlic in a food processor; process unitl finely chopped. Add flour and next 3 ingredients until mix resembles coarse meal. Add olives, parsley; pulse just until dough forms.

  2. Divide dough in half. Transfer to Cling Wrap and chill and hour in rolled form of 1" diameter.

3.Preheat oven 400. Slice dough in 1/4 inch slices and put on foiled lined baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes until wafers are golden. Cool on wire racks and serve.
