Ingredients
1/2 of a 12 oz. pkg. angel hair pasta
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. small shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
Preparation
Prepare angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain. In large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook and stir until shrimp are opaque. Combine hot angel hair pasta, shrimp mixture, cheese, dill, salt and pepper. Toss to mix. Serve immediately.
