Preparation

Here is my favorite vanilla cake recipe that I used for one of the cakes. It is more consistent in outcome than Chunchi’s butter cake (I left out the lemon zest and added more vanilla) I sandwiched it with pureed strawberries cooked down with a little sugar - amazing.
