Ingredients

3 sweet peppers, sliced

1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced

1 stick butter

1/2 cup flour

2 cups whole milk

Large evaporated milk

1 can tuna, drained and flaked

1 jar pimentos, drained and chopped

Preparation

Saute peppers and mushrooms in butter; add flour and stir thoroughly. Place in top of a double-boiler; add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Stir over boiling water for 20 minutes. Add evaporated milk, stirring constantly. When mixture is hot, add tuna. Just before serving, add pimentoes.
