Ingredients
1 egg white
1/2 tablespoon water
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 pound pecan halves
1 cup Baking Splenda Blend
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Whip together egg white and water until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add pecans to egg whites, and stir to coat evenly.
- Toss nuts in sugar mixture until coated.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
