Ingredients
1 1/4 C flax meal
2 T baking powder
1 T cinnamon
1 teas nutmeg
1/2 teas salt
3/4 C sugar (I’d cut back on sugar a little)
4 eggs beaten
1 T vanilla
1 med apple finely chopped
1/4 C oil
1/2 C pecans
1/4 C oil
Preparation
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
