Ingredients
6 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
3/4 cup oil
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
3 large apples or cherries
Preparation
Beat egg, sugar add flour & baking powder until mixed. Add vanilla, fold in oil do not over beat. Fold in apples and pour in grease 9 x 12 pan. Bake @ 350f for 1/2 hour check if not done continue for 15 minutes
