Ingredients

1/4 C apple cider vinegar

1/4 C white wine vinegar

1 T Dijon mustard

2 T Agave syrup

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 C canola oil

1 1/2 tsp chopped shallots

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small owl, stirring with the whisk. Gradually add oil, stirring constantly, stir in Shallots.
