Ingredients
Peel:
2 granny smith apples cut in 8 pieces
Lemon juice in water to keep fresh
Boil:
1 c water
3/4 c sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
Have ready:
8 canned buttermilk biscuits
Mix:
4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c sugar
Preparation
Separate each biscuit into 2 layers. Wrap apple pieces. Place sealed side down in 9x12 pan Pour hot sugar mix over. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix over top
Bake about 35 minutes at 375.
