Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup almond milk

1/2 apple, cubed

12 raw almonds, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

pinch of nutmeg

1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Preparation

Combine the oats, water, almond milk, and apple in a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flax seed.
