Ingredients

2 Cups sugar

1 Cup melted shortening

2 eggs

2 Cups flour

2 tsp soda

1 tsp salt

1 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp cinnamon

6 large golden delicious apples - cut up fine

Preparation

Mix in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
