Ingredients

1 chicken (approximately 4 lbs.)

1/2 cup apricot jam

2 tbsp. Dijon

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp tabasco

1 clover garlic, minced

1 tsp. minced ginger

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut chicken into 4 or 6 pieces. Place chicken skin side up on a jelly-roll pan lined with aluminum foil.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and cook until well blended, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Brush the glaze on the chicken and bake for 40-50 minutes or until chicken is just cooked through. Baste occasionally.
