Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, sliced

2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 bunches of spinach

1 tablespoon butter

1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

Preparation

Heat oil in a skillet; add garlic and brown slightly. Add onion and cook until soft. Add cumin, then add spinach a little at a time until cooked down. Salt and pepper to taste, then stir in butter. Add garbanzos and heat through.
