Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
Chili Peppers ( jalapeno, chili, small sweet ets)
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
BBQ sauce
Spices according to taste ( garlic, pepper, salt, oregano, chili powder)
Preparation
- Mix hamburg, bread crumbs, eggs, spices thoroughly
- top peppers, take out seeds (be careful not to break the peppers)
- Stuff peppers with cheese
- Make thin patties out of hamburg mix (large enough to enclose peppers in.
- Place a stuffed pepper in each patty and enclose make sure to seal.
- Coat liberally with BBQ sauce.
- Bake @ 200 for 1 hour
- Bake at 275 until cheese runs out.
