Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef

Chili Peppers ( jalapeno, chili, small sweet ets)

1 cup bread crumbs

2 eggs

cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)

BBQ sauce

Spices according to taste ( garlic, pepper, salt, oregano, chili powder)

Preparation

  1. Mix hamburg, bread crumbs, eggs, spices thoroughly
  2. top peppers, take out seeds (be careful not to break the peppers)
  3. Stuff peppers with cheese
  4. Make thin patties out of hamburg mix (large enough to enclose peppers in.
  5. Place a stuffed pepper in each patty and enclose make sure to seal.
  6. Coat liberally with BBQ sauce.
  7. Bake @ 200 for 1 hour
  8. Bake at 275 until cheese runs out.
