Ingredients

1 egg

1/4 cup white wine

2 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)

8 oz. water-packed artichoke hearts

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 8-oz. can crab meat, drained and picked over

1 oz. blue cheese, crumbled fine

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a saucepan over low heat, combine wine and cream cheese. Simmer over low heat until creamy. Remove from heat, whisk until thoroughly blended.

Stir in artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, egg, crab and blue cheese. Pour into 8" x 8" baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.

Garnish with sliced black olives.
