Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion chopped
2 cans artichokes
3 c. chicken stock
2 c. heavy cream

Preparation
Heat butter in a saucepan. Add onion and garlic, stirring until soft (8 mins) Add artichokes, cook about 3 minutes until soft Add stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low and cook for 20 mins. Puree, return to saucepan and add cream. Cook uncovered for 45 mins to reduce.
