Ingredients

1 lb linguini (organic wheat)

4+ cloves minced garlic

4 T sesame oil

4 T soy sauce

4 T Chinese hot sauce

2 T rice vinegar

1 T+ minced fresh ginger

2 T toasted sesame seeds

½ C chopped fresh cilantro

1 bunch chopped scallions

Mung bean sprouts

Chopped snow pea pods

Preparation

  1. Boil salted water & cook noodles al dente. Rinse w/cold water & drain. Chop noodles to bite size.
  2. Combine garlic, oil, soy & hot sauces, sesame seeds, cilantro, vinegar & ginger in mixing bowl and whisk.
  3. Coat 13x9" dish w/cooking spray. Layer noodles, scallions, bean sprouts & snow peas; pour dressing over. Cover & chill at least 2 hours. Toss together in large bowl & serve.
