Ingredients

2/3 lb Spinach

1 1/8 oz carrots, julienne

1 1/8 oz red bell peppers, diced

2 1/8 oz edamame

1 1/8 oz red cabbage, jullienned

1 1/8 oz mango, chunk IQF

3/4 c Dressing, Sesame Oriental

Preparation

Ensure all produce has been thoroughly washed prior to preparing the salad For one Serving: In a specified container place the following: 1 2/3 cups baby spinach top the spinach with the following 1/4 oz carrots 1/4 oz red pepper 1/2 oz edamame 1/4 oz cabbage 1/4 oz mango

Place 2 tbsp dressing in a 1 oz solo cup and place in container Cover with lid and label Keep chilled in refrigerator at 40F or below
