Ingredients
1 lb green asparagus
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 lime cut into slices
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp chili powder
1 lb cooked shrimp
1 1/2 tbsp, olive oil
4 flour tortijas
Preparation
In a bowl add shrimp, chili powder and lime juice
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add redonion, red bell pepper and asparagus. cook for 4 minutes.
Add the ingredients from the bowl to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add mixture to tortijas and garnish with lime slices.
