Ingredients
2 1/2 lb Chicken breasts
1 1/2 C diced celery
1 C water chestnuts
1 C Mayo
1 small jar pimentos
2 T grated onion
potato chips
cheddar cheese
Preparation
Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Add remain. ingred. Bake at 325 until bubbly. Top with crushed potato chips and cheddar cheese
