Ingredients

2 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs

1 tbsp Butter + a little bit pineapple juice

½ cup Butter

2 eggs well beaten

1 ½ cups icing sugar

1 can drained crushed pineapple

1 cup whipped cream

Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs, butter & juice together Reserve ¼ cup for topping, bake 15minutes @325 and let cool down a little bit

Beat together until smooth butter, eggs & icing sugar

Beat whipped cream, add pineapple, blend

Spread mixture over sweatened butter mix

Add crumbs over top and freeze or refrigerate
