Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast Halves
6 Bacon Slices, halved
2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Mustard
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dried Onion Flakes
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
2 cups Shredded Colby Jack
Preparation
- Rub Chicken with salt. Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat until crisp. Set aside.
- Combine Mustard, Honey, Corn Syrup, Mayo, and Dried Onion. Save half in fridge.
- Fry Chicken in skillet for 3 to 5 mins per side.
- Place Chicken in 9x13 in pan. Add Sauce, mushrooms, bacon, cheese.
- Bake 15 mins.
