Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple or fresh cut from produce section (mango can be substituted)
2 avocados, cut into bite size pieces
1 red onion chopped fine
1 large tomato chopped into bite size pieces
1/2 jalapeño seeded and finely diced
1/2 fresh live juice
Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Rice wine vinegar
Preparation
Gently toss all ingredients, add splash of rice wine vinegar (not to much)
Salt and pepper to taste
