Ingredients
12 hard boiled eggs
2 small avocado
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
3 tsp lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and more for sprinkling

Preparation
- Cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks into a small bowl.
- Cut the avocados in half and add 2 half to the yolks. Mash the egg yolks and the avocado with a fork.
- Cut the remaining avocado halves into small bits.
- Stir the diced avocado, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt and cayenne pepper into the egg/avocado mash.
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture (you can use a piping bag & tip or just use a couple of spoons) and place on a serving plate.
- Carefully place a few salmon eggs onto each deviled egg and sprinkle lightly with cayenne.
