Ingredients
1 avocado pear
5 drops Tabasco Red
5 drops Tabasco Green
7 drops Tabasco Chipotle
9 drops Tabasco Worcestershire Sauce
1 clove garlic
Salsa Mild
Lemon juice
Lime juice
Cumin
Preparation
Cut the avocado pear in small cubes, squirt lemon juice on it, stir it in, then squirt a little lime juice on top. Drop some salsa on top of it, almost as much as the avocado, add the garlic chopped up or through a garlic press. Add the rest of the condiments and mix them all in gently with a fork. I usually let it sit with green little chunks poking through the salsa, but if the salsa went too brown I sometimes just add a small layer of new salsa on top for a nice fresh red topping. Of course you can modify it as you like but I think the Tabasco Chipotle and Cumin are what makes it the most distinctive and gives it that smoky Mexican flavor.
