Ingredients

1 cup soy milk or almond milk vanilla or plain flavor and look for low sugar

1 yogurt cup (I prefer carb counter they are the lowest in sugar I can find) frozen overnight fruit or vanilla flavor works

2 tbsp. of any flavor Jello pudding powder

1 serving vanilla protein powder

4 large ice cubes

Preparation

add all ingredients to blender and mix. I try to find flavors that match well here are some examples:

  • vanilla yogurt with lemon Jello tastes like lemon pie
  • strawberry yogurt and cheesecake Jello tastes like NY cheesecake
  • any fruit yogurt and vanilla Jello are perfect fruity smoothies
