Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 lb white mushrooms, washed, and stems removed
2 egg yolks
4 slices proscuitto, bacon, or sausage
1 T chives, sliced
Preparation
Mix cream cheese and egg yolks. Add proscuitto and chives. Stuff mushroom caps, mounding filling on top. Place mushrooms in glass baking dish and bake or broil until tops are brown.
