Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs On Pretzel Buns Recipe

Ingredients

1 package Trader Joe’s Uncured All-Beef Hot Dog

1 package Trader Joe’s Uncured Applewood Smoked Bacon

2 Orange bell peppers, diced

1 block Trader Joe’s English Cheddar with Caramelized Onions

1 jar Trader Joe’s Whole Grain Dijon Mustard

1 jar Trader Joe’s Sweet and Hot Mustard

7 Trader Joe’s Soft Pretzel Sticks

Preparation

Mix the Whole Grain Dijon Mustard and Sweet and Hot Mustard in a 50/50 ratio. Dice the bell pepper and crumble the cheese.

Wrap the hot dogs in bacon and fry in a skillet on HIGH heat until bacon is crispy and blackened. Split the pretzel sticks lengthwise and place bacon-wrapped hot dogs inside. Top with mustard mix, cheese, and bell pepper to taste.

Optional: Microwave on high for 30 seconds with a glass of water to melt the cheese and warm the pretzel stick without drying it out.
