Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 tbsp of butter or ghee (clarified butter)
3 tbsp of milk
1 tbsp fresh cream
1 green bell pepper, sliced
few leaves of sage, shredded
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
chives chopped (optional)
Salt & pepper
Preparation
1- Heat the oven to 200 C, Line a casserole dish with butter or ghee 2- Place shredded sage and bell pepper at the base of the casserole dish 3- Crack the eggs on top of them 4- Add the milk, fresh cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper 5- Sprinkle the top with freshly ground nutmeg and chives in case of using it 6- Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes on 200 C oven
