Ingredients
1 cup of macaroni (boiled)
3 tbs of butter
2 tbs of flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
2 cups of milk
1/2 tsp of worcestershire sauce
2 cups of grated extra sharp cheese (I use Cracker Barrel brand)
Preparation
Melt butter over low heat, add flour, salt + pepper, stir until well blended. Remove from heat. Gradually, stir in milk and return to low heat. Add Worcestershire sauce + cheese. Cook stirring constantly, until think and smooth. Mix macaroni and cheese mixture in buttered cassarole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour.
