Ingredients:

3 cups quick-cooking or old fashioned oatmeal

1 cup packed brown sugar ** I use Splenda Brown Sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 eggs

1 cup milk

½ cup melted butter

Additional Milk for serving

Preparation

Directions: In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and butter and combine dry ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes. Serve warm in bowl with milk.
