Ingredients

3 lbs fresh perch

3 C onions

2 Tbls butter or cooking oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 C mayonnaise

1/4 C grated parmesan cheese

2 Tbls lemon juice

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp paprika

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Brown onions in butter until limp. Spread in bottom of shallow baking pan. Cover with fish. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Spread evenly over fish. Bake approx. 25 min. or untill fish flakes easily with fork.
