Ingredients

2 pounds pork loin roast

salt and pepper

4 slices bacon

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 cup olive oil

1 1/2 cups water

2 each onions, sliced, thin

1/2 cup white wine

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Wrap bacon around roast and secure.

  2. Place pork roast in a casserole, rubbing with salt and pepper into the meat. Add all additonal ingredients.

  3. Bake at 350*F until pork registers done on meat thermometer. Turn roast frequently while cooking.
