Ingredients
4 cups raspberries
1 ¼ c packed light brown sugar
½ cup amaretto
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup butter, softened
Mango sorbet
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place raspberries in ungreased square baking dish, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients except butter until smooth; pour over raspberries. Dot with butter.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve over Mango Sorbet
