Ingredients

4 snapper fillets

6 T butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

6-8 drops Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning

1/4 tsp pepper

2 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp dried chives or 2 tsp fresh

6-8 T plain or seasoned breadcrumbs

4 T grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Preparation

Place fillets in baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. In skillet, place butter and next 6 ingredients. Cook on low 1-2 minutes to blend flavors. Brush half on fillets. Add breadcrumbs and cheese to remainder of butter mixture, and top fillets. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
