Ingredients

1 C. Flour

1/4 C. Shortening

1/2 Tsp. Salt

1 Tbsp. Baking Powder

About 1/3 C. Milk

Preparation

In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt & baking powder witha fork. Cut in the shortening until it is the consistency of small peas. Mix in enough milk to make a soft dough that sticks together. Place on floured surface & knead about 8 times. Pat or roll to about 3/4 inch thickness. Cut with a cookie cutter. Bake @ 425 for 15-20 min.
