Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin (about 2 lbs.)
5 - 7 cloves garlic
2 T. Balsamic Vinegar
2 T. Olive Oil
2 1/2 t. Coarse Sea Salt
1/2 t. ground black pepper
Preparation
Finely mince garlic, combine with all other ingredients and marinate pork tenderloin for 30 minutes - 1 hour
I usually sear the outside in a pan, then cook in the oven at 275 until cooked through (About 25 minutes)
Allow to rest for 5 minutes then slice and enjoy.
