Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 c oats

1/2 c milk

1 c brown sugar

1/2 c butter

2 eggs

2 c flour

1 Tbls baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2-1 c chopped pecan (optional)

1/2-1 c frozen raspberries or blueberries (optional)

Preparation

Mix mashed bananas, oats, milk. Set aside (15-20 minutes makes bread blend better) Cream butter & sugar in mixer. add eggs and beat. Gently add wet to dry ingredients. stir in pecan, blueberries or raspberries as preferred or bake as is. Pour into grease and floured pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven one regular loaf pan = 50-60 minutes (or) 3 mini loaf pans = 25 minutes (or) muffins = 12 minutes
