Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
Wet ingredients:
3 smashed overripe bananas
4 eggs
3 tbs butter
3 tbs coconut oi;
3 tbs honey
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 c (or less) Splenda
1/4 c sugar
Chopped nuts
Preparation
No beater needed – use good old large spoon.
Mix dry ingredients (except sugars)
Mix wet ingredients, then add in the sugars and continue mixing.
Then mix dry into the wet.
Divide into two sprayed mini pans. Top with chopped nuts. Bake for one hour.
