Ingredients
1.5 cup whole wheat flouor
1.5 cup rolled oats
1 T cinnamon
1 t baking powder
.5 t baking soda
.5 t salt
.7 cup milk
1 T oil
1 egg
2 mashed bananas
(1 chopped apple)
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients. Add the rest.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 200 Centigrade.
